Ube/Purple Yam *NEW for 2004!!!*- Pronounced "oo-bhay,"
this root vegetable can best be described as a purple yam and closely resembles
taro root in flavor. Very delectable and refreshing as an ice cream. One of
Toby's favorites!

Lychee - Created with luscious, ripe lychees, an exquisitely sweet
fruit grown in the tropics.

Avocado - Creamy, delicious, fresh avocados grown in the tropics
give this favorite an elegant, refined flavor.

Macapuno - Macapuno is a variety of coconut found in the Philippines.
Our macapuno ice cream contains the refreshing flavor of macapuno, blended
with macapuno strips and chunks, bringing you a little taste of the tropics
on a spoon.
